The complex consists of six flats – 3 on the ground level and 3 on the first floor.

All six flats are sea facing with 180 degree sea view. The gate from the lawn leads onto the lifeguard protected ‘Lucien’ swimming beach.

Each apartment comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge, large verandah and sleeps 6 people.

Apartments are fully furnished and equipped, including dishwasher and microwave.  A spacious kitchen and open plan living area open onto a patio. Back up water and electricity included.

Television is in the lounge with a satellite connection and ‘Easy View’ channels. In order to access the full spectrum of Multichoice, tenants should bring their own decoder, ‘sim card’ and remote, or they can hire locally.

Downstairs units have a large patio, upstairs units have a large balcony where one can enjoy sundowners while scanning the sea for dolphins.

The front lawn allows plenty of space for family games. There are also shared braai facilities on the lawn. A pedestrian gate off the lawn leads directly onto a lifeguard protected swimming beach!
